Biography:

Arlene Maxim, RN is Vice President of Program Development for Quality in Real Time (QIRT) based in Floral Park, New York. Arlene has served in various capacities from home care administrator to home care agency owner and home care consultant. She has designed and implemented management and educational programs for non-profit, hospital-based, and for-profit certified home care agencies. Arlene is a sought after speaker for educational programs related to OASIS, coding, clinical documentation, home care start-up, as well as a variety of other topics. Arlene is also the Vice Chair of the Association of Home Care Coding & Compliance (AHCC).
